Below are the current plans that I accept, designed to offer flexible, compassionate doula care tailored to each family's needs. Whether you prefer in-person visits, remote guidance, or a blended model, the options accommodate varied budgets and preferences while ensuring continuity of support through pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Clear descriptions and enrollment details for each plan are provided separately so you can choose the level of doula support that best aligns with your birth vision and needs.

  1. Prenatal Support – Medicaid pays for up to four prenatal visits. These sessions emphasize education, preparation, and emotional support during pregnancy. Topics can include creating a birth plan, comfort measures for labor, options and potential interventions, and addressing any concerns before birth. Visits may be in person or virtual.

  2. Labor and Birth Support – Medicaid covers continuous support throughout labor and delivery. Services include hands-on comfort techniques, positioning, breathing support, emotional reassurance, advocacy, and guidance for the birthing person and their partner during the entire birth.

  3. Postpartum Support – Medicaid covers up to six postpartum visits. These appointments focus on recovery education, emotional support, newborn care instruction, adapting to postpartum life, and screening for mood concerns, with referrals arranged when needed. Visits may be offered in person or via telehealth.
